With our Ski Touring in Norway Trip you will travel and ski with a Group of skiers (maximum 5-6), all at the same fit level as yours, and you will always be accompanied by one of our Tour Leader English Speaking, right from your arrival in Norway, and in every moment of your journey. You will discover the most fascinating Backcountry Ski Touring Itineraries, tested and recommended by us, in Tromso and Lyngen Alps areas. You will stay in Hotel in Tromso, and in a Fantastic Chalet on the shore of the fjord in Lyngen Alps… and if you are lucky you could catch the magical colors of the Northern Lights! Throughout your Ski Touring in Norway Trip you will be assisted by our Tour Leader, who will take care of the logistic on-site , hotel check-ins, organizing skiing days, and any other on-site Assistance Needs.

SKILL LEVEL

EXPERT AND INTERMEDIATE LEVEL Backcountry Skiers / Snowboarders: if you are a BASIC OR EASY LEVEL Skier / Snowboarder you can choose another option among our proposals.
ATTENTION! THIS IS A SKI MOUNTAINEERING TRIP WHERE WE WILL NOT USE SKI LIFTS BUT ONLY HUMAN POWERED UPHILL. TO PARTICIPATE THIS SKI TRIP IT IS MANDATORY REQUIRED that you have SUITABLE SKI OR SNOWBOARD MATERIAL: backcountry skitouring skis with tilting or ski mountaineering bindings / ski mountaineering boots / crampons / ABS backpack or similar with self-rescue material avalanche beacon shovel probe / ice axe and crampons not mandatory but recommended.

Flights to / from Norway (Ask us for the best quote), Optional Insurances: Travel Cancellation and Accident Coverage during Sports Activities.

Meals not included in the treatment. In Tromso you will have Breakfast Included, in Lyngen Self Catering (no meals).

Road tolls, Parking and Fuel costs for the car during the transfers of the ski trip.

Single Room Occupancy Surcharge, Tips, Personal Extra Costs and All not mentioned in “INCLUDED”.

For this Ski Touring in Norway Trip we turn to Intermediate to Expert Skiers and Snowboarders, who wants the best: for this reason the itinerary will be developed based on the best snow conditions that we will find before departure: you will be guaranteed to be in the Right Place at the Right Time!

However, we can give you some indications on how the Ski Touring in Norway Trip will take place:

Duration: 8 days, one week (usually Saturday – Saturday).
Stages : We will move with our Van or Suv 4wd from Tromso area and surroundings, to the Lyngen Alps, also extending to the Northernmost Islands.
What we will do : THIS IS A BACKOCUTRY SKITOURING TRIP. WE WILL NOT USE ANY SKI LIFT BUT ONLY HUMAN POWERED UPHILL.
ATTENTION : TO PARTICIPATE THIS TRIP IT IS MANDATORY REQUIRED that you have SUITABLE SKI OR SNOWBOARD MATERIAL: Skins for Uphill / tilting ski bindings or ski touring bindings / splitboard (No Snowshoes) / abs backpack or similar and self-rescue equipment avalanche transceiver shovel and probe.
